I&#8217;ve made the first two types to use on the model:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/whiskeybeforebreakfast.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/05\/2in_globe-valve.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whiskeybeforebreakfast.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/05\/2in_globe-valve.jpg?w=600\" alt=\"\" title=\"2in_globe-valve\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-373\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The main header valve is a 2&#8243; model. It&#8217;s mounted on top of the boiler and allows steam to be supplied to the appliances in the cab.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/whiskeybeforebreakfast.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/05\/0.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whiskeybeforebreakfast.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/05\/0.jpg?w=600\" alt=\"\" title=\"0\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-372\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The dual-cocks are 0.5in type. Note the funnel at the bottom that allow steam or water to exit.<\/p>\n<p>Both valves were made per Lukenheimer&#8217;s specs. However, these valves get replaced time to time, so the type that you&#8217;ll see in person or in pictures will differ slightly.
